The Quality Systems Manager is responsible for developing/implementing/maintaining quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and company policies. Role involves managing audits, process improvements, and corrective actions to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

They have in immediate need for an experienced Purchasing Manager.
The Purchasing Manager will lead the procurement function with responsibility for managing a total spend of approximately $10 million. The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can optimize sourcing, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials, chemicals, and other supplies critical to the company's operations. The Purchasing Manager will collaborate closely with R&D, production, quality assurance, and finance teams to ensure all procurement activities align with the company’s goals and regulatory requirements.

Design Engineers look to the Company for high frequency circuit materials for radar and navigation systems, ceramic substrates and laminated busbars that improve performance and dissipate heat, and gasketing solutions for extreme sealing and protection. The Company has an immediate need for an experienced, knowledgeable Market Segment Manager for their Aerospace & Defense Segment!
This role is integral in the success of the organization’s Defense and Aerospace market segment. This individual will utilize their extensive industry knowledge to enhance business growth in the Defense and Aerospace segment.
